It’s really up to you… which one is the “best” depends on what you are looking into for a phone. Are you planning on using it as just a phone, or do you want something extra like a Music Player, Bluetooth, Mega Pixel Camera, Video Recording, Games, 3G (broadband phone internet speeds), etc…
When I was selling Cell Phones for AT&T, there was always certain questions that I would ask. One of the main ones is what you are looking for in a Phone.
Are you just looking for Motorola Phones or Samsung phones?
AT&T are still selling LG if you like your LG. One that I would recommend is an LG CU500. But there is a few things that you will want to make sure of before you get a phone like this, it works best in our 3G area. If you aren’t in an area that has 3G coverage, the signal strength will not be the best, follow this link and put in your address. When the coverage maps comes up, check the box under the map that says 3G and see if you have 3G in your area.

If you do decide to use it for a Music Player, you will need to get a Data Cable and an microSD card.
Now I phone that I really think has stood the test of time is the Sony Ericsson W810. I really do like this phone. It has a 2.0 MP camera. It comes with headphones, data cable, and Memory Stick Duo. It also the ability to use FM Radio too. The resolution of the LCD screen is so crisp. When you are playing games, it is just pretty. So right out of the box you can start using everything that the phone has to offer. Now it isn’t a 3G phone, but if you don’t plan on using the phone internet that much, that shouldn’t be a problem.

What I would do is check out some of these phones online, see which one is the most eye appealing too you. After you choose which one that you really like, walk into a store get your hands on it. See if you like how it feels in your hands, how fluid it is for you to text, how easy it is to navigate through the menus, make some calls to see if the earpiece volume is up to your standards, put on the Speakerphone to see if it’s loud enough.
Everything that I explained, there is no question in my mind that the SE w810i is the “best”, but that is just my opinion.

There are a number of different ways your phone can become blocked. Here's what to do.

Have you entered the wrong PIN code several times?

Your SIM card will block itself and ask for your PUK code. You can find your PUK code in your SIM card wallet.
Don't have your SIM card wallet? If you've already signed up for My T-Mobile, you can easily access your PUK code online. Here's how.
Step 1) Sign up or log in to My T-Mobile
Step 2) Select Phone
Step 3) (If there's more than one mobile on your account, click on the mobile number you wish to find out the PUK for - if there's only one mobile on your account, go straight to step 4)
Step 4) Select Unblock SIM
Step 5) Click beside If your PIN code is locked
Step 6) Your PUK code will display. Enter this into your phone to unblock your SIM
Tip: If you enter the wrong PIN 10 or more times, this will LOCK your SIM card and you will need to replace it. To order a replacement SIM card call us on 0845 412 5000 (Charged at local toll rates) or if you have access to another T-Mobile phone, simply dial 150.

Not signed up for My T-Mobile yet?

It only takes a few minutes to sign up - we just need your basic personal details and some security information and you're done. Once you've signed up, simply follow steps one, two and three above to access your PUK.

Have you put another network's SIM card into a T-Mobile phone?

You'll need a subsidy PIN to unlock the phone. To obtain a subsidy PIN, or if you've entered an incorrect subsidy PIN, please call us on 0845 412 5000.

Was your phone previously operating on another network (not T-Mobile)? Do you want to unlock it to use with a T-Mobile SIM card?

To unlock the phone you should contact the previous network provider.

Hello and thank you for your question. Try the last 4 of your phone number (or the number that used to be on that phone)

If that does not work and you do not know what it might be, then remove the SIM card from the phone if you have one and enter the number below. This will erase everything on the phone that is not saved to a memory card (if you have one) or the SIM card, but it is the only way around the forgotten password.

*2767*3855#
If that doesn’t work, try
*0206*3855#

If it works, please click Accept as that is how I get credit. If not, let me know and we will keep working on it. Bonus NOT necessary but ALWAYS appreciated!!
f you enter wrong password XXXXX more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
